Carriage Destinations and Insurance

We ship to: -

UK Mainland, Europe, USA and Canada.

Standard UK postage is by the Royal Mail postal service delivery normally in 2-3 working days, which includes insurance up to a maximum value of £36.00. Northern Ireland, UK Highlands and Islands will not incur additional costs but may be a slower service than stated.

1st Class 'Signed For' postage by the Royal Mail delivery is normally received in 1-2 working days, which includes insurance up to a maximum value of £36.00. Northern Ireland, UK Highlands and Islands will not incur additional costs but may be a slower service than stated.

MyHermes 1-3 working day economy 'Signed For' parcel service, delivery can be expected in 1-3 working days, which includes insurance up to a maximum value of £25.00
Northern Ireland, UK Highlands and Islands will incur additional costs and may be a slower service than stated.

Guaranteed Next Working Day UK delivery is by the Royal Mail Special Delivery service, which also includes insurance for goods up to £500.00 in value.

Deliveries to Europe will be dispatched by 1st class Airmail insurance included up to a maximum of £36.00. Also available is the Royal Mail “International Signed For” service. A tracking number will be supplied and insurance is also included up to a maximum of £36.00.

Item Not Received.
We rely on the Royal Mail for the majority of our deliveries and have no control over their system. Royal Mail state that "Items cannot be considered lost until after15 working days of postage"

We process all orders acourding to our dispatch promise. If your item is delayed by the Royal Mail, international local postal services or the international Customs Inspections, then we cannot be held responsible for the delay.

For lost or damaged goods in transit: - We will always assist with insurance claims and will replace/refund once the carrier confirms the claim is valid. Post Office and MyHermes insurance claims can take 4-6 weeks to complete - please be patient.

Who has access to the information we collect?

We do not sell mailing lists to other companies or divulge any of your personal details to other companies or individuals, unless it is to comply with legal requirement.

Legal Disclaimer

In many countries it is legal to install and use an electronic upgrade in your personal game console. However, the copying of games is illegal in many, if not all, countries. Some countries laws do not allow you to use backups, even if you own the original. It is the responsibility of the customer to check your own countries laws and respect them. If you have a right to make backups, this means that you have bought the original licence to use this game. ConsoleParts4U nor any other associated companies condone the illegal copying and, or distribution of computer software for game consoles or any other format. You must act accordingly to the laws of your country. Respect the laws, respect the gaming industry and use our products accordingly in its original state.
The intended purpose of an electronic device product is to allow you to use your games console to play homebrew software, third party software, imports and backups of software you legally own or have developed yourself for preservation, maintenance and servicing purposes which are allowed by the law.

ConsoleParts4U does not accept any liability for breakages of console, iPads, iPods, iPhones or gadgets using the supplied instructions. Opening the your gadget will void the manufacturers warranty and you do so at your own risk. 

Returns, Refunds, Exchanges and Order Cancellations

Returns:

To return an item to ConsoleParts4U, please send an email to: consoleparts4u@talktalk.net for a return’s authorization. Please indicate the item you are returning, the reason for your return and order number in the email. We will then issue you with a Goods Return Number (GRN). The cost of postage for remorse returns is not covered by ConsoleParts4U.

Once you have received confirmation from us to return your item, simply return it back to us, including the invoice with your GRN. Please include a description of why the product has been returned.

Items must be returned in the condition they were received, please re-use original packaging or similar if available. The returns policy does not cover for installation damage and items like touch screens and LCD screens, must be tested prior to full installation and removal of protective films. 

We will replace a faulty product with the same item or refund your money back if the product is no longer available. Please note that our return’s policy is only valid for 28 days from receipt of goods.

Refunds:
You may return any unopened item within 14 days of receiving it for a refund. We will refund your payment once we have received and processed the item. Please allow up to 14 days. Please note that for remorse returns, P&P cost are not refundable.

Exchanges:
You may return any unopened unused item, if purchased in error for exchange to the correct product, withing 14 days of purchase.  

Order Cancellation:

If you would like to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us the on same day by e-mail or telephone before 3:00pm on weekdays, so that we may cancel your order and refund your payment. Order placed over the weekend that you would like to cancel, please contact us before 3:00pm on the following Monday. Any refund will be made back through the same payment gateway you chose through our checkout system. Cancellation requests received after these times will have to be handled by our returns policy.

Fraud:

All lasers and internal gadget parts are security marked or QR bar-coded. returned items will be security checked to verify they were originally supplied by us.

Testing:
We do test every single return. If a returned product is found not to be faulty we will return the product to you after additional P&P costs have been paid. We will advise you to check the product thoroughly before returning.
