Great item with exceptionally quick delivery

I ordered this part to try and get my son's PS4 up and running again after it stopped reading discs. It would load and eject the discs and I could hear the motors of the DVD drive trying to do their thing so took a gamble on the problem being simply a blown laser. Very quick next day delivery, well packed and small enough to fit through the letterbox. seems totally compatible resulting in a hassle free and quick swap out.

Plenty of guides online that will show you how to safely dismantle your PS4 to get at the laser transport module. Once you've swapped out the rubber vibration dampers from the old module to your new one it's just a case of reassembling the PS4 and you're good to go. This part was almost identical to the original part and was no hassle to fit at all. Great stuff. PS4 is up and running again.

I have just received a KEM-490AAA laser replacement for PS4. I ordered on weds evening, it’s here Friday afternoon.

I would like to thank you for the speedy delivery, quality packaging of item & the offer of guides + technical assistance on notice provided.

I’d already had the PS4 apart to find the model so the install was relatively easy (I didn’t put the rubber grips to hold laser mount in place from the old unit) so it made a horrible noise, whipped it back apart added these & I’m away!!

Quality service, 10/10 would recommend.
