Blu-ray laser packed up on my PS3 and Sony kindly offered to repair it for £110!!! Ordered part from Consoleparts4U and it arrived just after lunch the next day. I now have a working PS3 and more money in my pocket.

Excellent service - arrived next day, and looked to be an identical original Sony part. I'm quite experienced in servicing electronics, but even so, swapping out the laser was pretty straightforward, and my PS3 is now back in full working order again.

I needed a new laser for my 80GB PS3 after it stopped reading any discs, after doing some searching on the web I decided to buy it from ConsoleParts4U because it also came with the mechanism. I decided this because of 2 reasons, firstly I was unsure about whether or not the disc motor had also failed and secondly because the laser is a whole lot easier to fit as a unit.

I ordered on friday 16th December and it turned up saturday morning, that is a fantastic service especially considering the Christmas post.

The job took less that 30 minutes from start to finish & now I have a fully functioning PS3 again.

purchased due to not reading blu/ray & games. handy to replace without being too fiddly with plenty of u tube videos to help.

i would highly reccomend this site to purchase from for price/quality but especially for service. i have never come across someone so helpful in helping me deal with a couple other problems i had (and getting me unlisted parts) which resulted in a fully working ps3. seriously don't look anywhere else!
